Training Center Renovation

GES provided the MEP & FP engineering and lighting design services for a new 40,000 sf training center and interconnected data center. The project included a FM200 clean agent fire suppression system, an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system to provide clean power for mission sensitive workstations, and a new HVAC system. GES provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering for the renovation and expansion of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts as part of a multi-phased international design competition. Housed in an aging National Historic Landmark, the school is DC Public School’s crown jewel school for the arts.
