Ridge Road Recreation Center

GES provided MEP & FP engineering design and post design services for a new 22,000 sf, LEED Silver recreation center and renovation of the existing pool house. The new $16 M facility includes a gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, classrooms, computer lab, lockers/showers for the pool, fitness rooms, commercial grade kitchen and senior lounge. Durden Athletic Center

As part of its strategic plan, Dickinson College made a commitment to update its dated athletic facilities to bring them on par with similar NCAA facilities. The property features 116 rental units, 5,000 sf of retail, underground parking garage, conference space and a roof terrace. The project was designed to the Enterprise Green Communities criteria, which required the use of energy efficient equipment and reduced water demand. Alexandria Animal Hospital

GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for a new 25,000 sf three-story Animal Hospital Building with an animal hospital facility, a 15,000 gsf parking garage, and 9,000 gsf of surface parking. The animal occupied spaces are served by two constant air volume rooftop units, due to the high number of air changes per hour recommended for these spaces.
