When doing so, it becomes clear that energy efficient, sustainable design can not only reduce the initial up front costs but tremendously affect the operating cost for the life of the facility. Owners that are committed to developing sustainable projects must also be committed to maintaining and operating the facility responsibly once it is turned over. Efficient building operations can often help recoup any up front costs associated with achieving a LEED designation.

GES is a proud member of the United States Green Building Council, has LEED Accredited Professionals on staff and has provided LEED related services on numerous projects including providing Building Energy Modeling.
