GES provided the MEP & FP engineering and lighting design services for a new 40,000 sf training center and interconnected data center. The project included a FM200 clean agent fire suppression system, an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system to provide clean power for mission sensitive workstations, and a new HVAC system. Digital lighting control systems and cove lighting for specialty areas were designed including the high secure presentation center, executive conference room and breakout conference rooms. Power riser diagrams, demand load calculations and lighting calculations were created for modifications to the building power distribution system as well.
