GES provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design review services for the renovation of a 7,400 sf facility. The two-story brick facility was constructed in 1910 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The renovation and modernization project includes replacement/upgrades of the existing mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing repairs and addition of a new fire protection system. The goal of the project is to preserve and prolong the useful life of the facility, as well as comply with current building and life safety codes.
