GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for the total renovation of a LEED Silver fire station. This project is part of FEMS’ overall efforts to comply with the City’s Building Codes and Occupational Safety. Special attention was placed on this project as the building is a historic structure and it is the station that serves the White House. The entire interior of this building was gutted and GES designed new systems that are not only energy efficient but reliable due to the sensitivity of the facility.
