GES provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services to convert an existing tenant space into a new restaurant. The restaurant included a walk-in freezer and refrigerator, kitchen ventilation hood, icemaker, soda dispenser, sandwich display, rotisserie grill and automatic grease interceptor.
