GES provided MEP & FP engineering design and construction administration services for the renovation of a 65,000 sf elementary school to bring it up to current educational standards. The first phase focused on modernizing classrooms, bathrooms, main corridors and main entry lobby. The project is being designed to LEED silver standards.
