GES provided construction management and program management support for the 23,000 sf LEED Silver library. GES was responsible for reviewing the MEP drawings, specifications and calculations at each major milestone to verify accuracy, note constructibility issues, and identify design flaws which have cost implications, code concerns, etc. GES  conducted field inspections, responded to construction questions and provided CM support.
