GES provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services to improve the efficiency and quality of the document collections areas at the National Library of Medicine. Project includes consolidating and stacking 51,000 sf of non-storage facilities such as offices, workstations, restrooms and a mechanical room away from the collections areas to minimize any damage associated with water leaks or variations in temperature and humidity.
