GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for a new $32 M development to feature 116 affordable rental units. The facility is comprised of 5,000 sf of retail, it includes an underground parking garage, conference space and a roof terrace for a total of 122,000 sf. Most of the units are one-bedroom, but also features four studios, 38 two bedroom and four three bed room units. The building was designed to Enterprise Green Communities criteria.
