The Document Control Technician is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate files of all documents relating to the project including construction documents, RFIs, change orders, reports, etc. Possesses an Associate’s Degree and a minimum of three years experience.

Estimator

The Estimator is responsible for reviewing and monitoring the development of estimates on behalf of the owner. Prepares Independent Government Estimates. Provides input on long lead, labor shortages and other issues that could affect cost of the project. The Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the master schedule on behalf of the owner. Coordinates schedules from individual subcontractors, crafts and trades people.
